Jamieson has advised the senior management team of Dexter Axle, led by Adam Dexter, as part of the acquisition of the business by The Sterling Group on the structure and terms of their management incentive plan.
The Dexter Axle business manufactures trailer axle, brake and suspension assemblies and related replacement parts and components.
The transaction represents Jamieson’s 3rd US Management Advisory role in the last 12 months and reflects the firms strategic focus on providing global management advisory services.
