Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Network Plus on the sale of the business to Warburg Pincus from OMERS Private Equity.
The transaction will support the next phase of Network Plus’ growth as one of the UK’s leading utility and infrastructure service providers.
Headquartered in Worsley, Greater Manchester, Network Plus is a leading provider of utility and infrastructure services, delivering essential maintenance, enhancement and operational services across the water, wastewater, gas, power and transport sectors. Operating from more than 95 regional depot bases and satellite offices across the UK, the business partners with the country’s major utility providers to deliver a broad range of planned and reactive services, including asset maintenance, capital project delivery and customer connections.
Since its investment by OMERS, Network Plus has strengthened its operations, deepened client relationships and built significant momentum, positioning the business for its next phase of growth under Warburg Pincus’ ownership.
Stuart Coventry, David Kirkpatrick, Alexander Wilson and Michael McPhillips advised the management team on the transaction and terms of the new management equity arrangements.
The transaction is expected to close following receipt of regulatory approvals.
