Jamieson is pleased to announce it has advised Peter Blanc (CEO) and the management team of Aston Lark on the acquisition of the business by Howden Group from existing investors Goldman Sachs and Bowmark Capital.
Aston Lark is a leading UK independent insurance broker specialising in complex commercial and private client insurance and employee benefit advice. With over 55 offices and 1,600 staff, the company places over £1bn in annual gross written premiums for over 200,000 clients, on behalf of the UK’s leading insurers.
Upon completion, Peter Blanc will become Executive Chairman of Howden’s UK retail broking operations.
