Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Castle Trust Bank on the sale of the business from J.C. Flowers & Co to vehicles backed by Sixth Street and Bayview Asset Management.
Castle Trust Bank is a specialist bank serving nearly 170,000 customers. Sixth Street and Bayview have agreed to commit additional capital to fuel growth across the business, broadening its product offering, and attracting additional customer deposits, while deepening its commitment to specialist property and retail finance through its Omni Capital Retail Finance business. These initiatives also position the Bank to pursue potential inorganic asset opportunities at an attractive time in the market cycle.
Stuart Coventry, Matthew Mowat and Alfie Blundell advised the management team on the terms of their new equity incentives.
