Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of PlayHQ on the successful sale of the business to Alpine Software Group (ASG), a portfolio company of Alpine Investors.
Established in 2018 and headquartered in Melbourne, PlayHQ is a leading digital sports management platform delivering end-to-end software for sporting organisations, including participant registrations, competition management, payments, and game-day operations. Trusted by major national governing bodies such as AFL, Cricket Australia, Netball Australia, and Basketball Australia, it has expanded its footprint to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Canada; to date, the platform has processed more than 11 million registrations and scheduled over 3.1 million games across multiple geographies.
