Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Hyve Group on the take private of the group by Providence Equity Partners and Searchlight Capital Partners.
Founded in 1991, Hyve Group is a global leader in operating trade exhibitions and conferences, including brands such as Shoptalk, Spring Fair, Bett, Mining Indaba and Fintech Meetup. With support from Providence and Searchlight, Hyve aims to leverage strategic insights and capital resources to provide increased opportunities for accelerated growth.
Jamieson provided support in connection with the treatment of the existing schemes on completion of the take-private as well as the implementation of the new MIP following completion.
Stephen Maxwell, Jack Yang and Adam Colley advised the management team on the terms of their investment and incentive structure.
