Jamieson is delighted to announce that it has advised Keith Cochrane (CEO) and the management team of Schenck Process Group (“SPG”), a portfolio company of Blackstone, on the sale of its Mining and Food & Performance Materials businesses.
SPG’s Mining business was sold to Swedish engineering group Sandvik AB in November 2022. Subsequently in September 2023, SPG sold its Food & Performance Materials business to Hillenbrand Inc., a global company that provides highly-engineered, mission-critical processing equipment and solutions.
Daniel Meschaninov and Philip Stahl advised Keith Cochrane and the management team on the wind-up of the current MIP equity program.
