Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Dentex on its merger with Portman Dental Care.
The combined entity will form the largest privately focused dental group in the UK and one of Europe’s largest dental care platforms. The group will operate in excess of 350 practices, with more than 2,000 clinicians and more than 4,000 employees and provide dental care for over 1.5 million patients per year. The group currently operates in 5 European countries and has plans to further expand this in the near future.
The Dentex senior management team will be remaining with the new combined business with Barry Lanesman continuing as Dentex CEO and Nick Neto continuing as COO. The deal is expected to complete in late 2022 subject to regulatory approval.
Stuart Coventry, David Kirkpatrick, Gus Gayford and Kenny Brodie advised the Dentex management team on their reinvestment into the new structure and the terms of their new incentive plan.
