Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Eurovita SpA on the acquisition of the business by Cinven Partners, from ERGO Group AG.
Founded in 1989, Eurovita is an Italian life insurance provider with a network of approximately 150 agents, 11,000 financial advisors and 2,500 bank branches.
The deal team was led by Ian Jamieson and David Kirkpatrick.
