Jamieson Corporate Finance is pleased to announce the appointment of Gus Phelps as CEO of our US\u00a0business\u00a0effective September 1, 2026. Gus will be based\u00a0in New York,\u00a0working closely with management teams, founders and stakeholders across the United States and North America. This addition marks another major step forward in Jamieson\u2019s global expansion and the firm\u2019s ability to serve our clients internationally.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Prior to joining Jamieson, Gus led the Private Capital investment strategy at Polen Capital and previously was a Partner at Summit Partners.\u00a0 Before that, he was the founding member of Seacoast Partners, a boutique investment bank.\u00a0 Gus has held regional President roles at both Association for Corporate Growth and Security Traders Association.\u00a0 Gus has an BA from Trinity College and an MBA from Cornell University.<\/p>\n
