Jamieson is pleased to announce the appointment of Ulrich B\u00f6ckmann as the firm continues to expand its footprint across Continental Europe.<\/p>\n

Ulrich joins as Head of the DACH business, based in Frankfurt, with responsibility for building and strengthening the firm\u2019s relationships across Germany and the wider DACH region. He will lead Jamieson\u2019s well-established Frankfurt team and will be working closely with colleagues in London and across the globe to advise management teams and companies on structuring equity incentive arrangements.<\/p>\n

Ulrich, who joins the firm on 1 September 2025, brings with him a distinguished career spanning three decades in investment banking in the DACH market. He joins Jamieson from Jefferies, where he held the position of Managing Director, Head of Investment Banking Coverage for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.<\/p>\n

Throughout his career, Ulrich has advised management teams, founders, and private equity investors on some of the most significant strategic transactions in the European market. He is one of the most-experienced M&A and Capital Markets advisors of senior private equity professionals and portfolio company management teams in the German market.<\/p>\n
