Jamieson is delighted to announce that it has advised the management team of Miller Homes on the acquisition of the company by Bridgepoint.<\/p>\n
Miller is the largest non-listed UK housebuilder with a strong regional focus through its three divisions: Midlands & South, North of England and Scotland. The company completed 2,380 homes in 2016 and reported revenues of \u00a3565m and operating profit of \u00a3103m for the year to 31st<\/sup>\u00a0December 2016.<\/p>\n The transaction is worth a total of \u00a3655m and will see GSO exit its investment in the business having originally acquired a majority stake in 2012.<\/p>\n The Jamieson team led by Ian Jamieson<\/a>, Jonny Jones<\/a>, Stephen Maxwell<\/a> and Gus Gayford<\/a> advised Chris Endsor and his team on their reinvestment in the new structure and the management equity incentive plan to be implemented under Bridgepoint\u2019s majority ownership.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":716,"template":"","deal-size":[3],"deal-location":[15],"deal-sector":[7],"deal-service":[94],"class_list":["post-715","deals","type-deals","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n
