Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised David Speakman and the management team of Marley on the acquisition of the business by Inflexion from Etex.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Marley is the UK leading manufacturer and supplier of roofing products, including concrete and clay tiles as well as associated accessories. Originally founded in 1924, the business was acquired by Etex, a Belgium headquartered building materials business, in 1999. Marley currently employs 600 people across five manufacturing site, and two distribution centres.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
