Jamieson advised the Management Team of UK digital payment processing company, Paysafe, led by chief executive Joel Leonoff, on the takeover by Blackstone and CVC. The acquisition closed at the end of 2017, valued the company at \u00a32.96bn<\/p>\n

Paysafe offers pre-paid cashcards and online wallets that are popular among online gambling customers. As part of the deal, Paysafe will divest its Asia Gateway subsidiary to Spectrum Global Limited for up to $308 million payable over six years.<\/p>\n
