Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Quantios on Vista Equity Partners’ investment in the business. Existing shareholders Hg and EQT have exited, with management reinvesting into the new structure alongside Vista.<\/p>\n
Quantios is a leading provider of SaaS solutions to the global trust and corporate services industry. Based in the UK, its software helps trust and corporate services firms digitise and automate complex, highly regulated administrative workflows, from entity management through to compliance and reporting. The business serves close to 700 organisations across more than 100 jurisdictions worldwide through its two flagship platforms, Quantios Core and Klea.<\/p>\n
Formed in 2023 through the merger of TrustQuay (backed by Hg) and ViewPoint (back by EQT), Quantios brought together two complementary businesses into a single global platform. Under Hg and EQT’s ownership, the company launched Quantios Core, a cloud-native platform that accelerated the shift from on-premise licences to subscription, and expanded into the corporate legal segment through the acquisition of Klea. Vista’s backing will support continued investment in the platform, with a particular focus on AI-driven product development and further international growth.<\/p>\n
