Carbon is a leading delegated authority underwriting specialist with its own Lloyd\u2019s syndicate, operating a technology-enabled platform supported by its proprietary data and analytics capabilities. The business has experienced a period of strong growth in recent years and has established itself as a market leader in its segment.<\/p>\n
The investment from FTV Capital, a global growth equity investor focused on financial services and technology businesses, will support Carbon\u2019s continued expansion, including further investment in its delegated underwriting platform and proprietary technology, as well as international growth initiatives.<\/p>\n
David Kirkpatrick<\/a>, Matthew Mowat<\/a> and James Mundy<\/a> advised the management team on the transaction and terms of the new management equity arrangements.
