The transaction will support the next phase of Network Plus’ growth as one of the UK’s leading utility and infrastructure service providers.<\/p>\n
Headquartered in Worsley, Greater Manchester, Network Plus is a leading provider of utility and infrastructure services, delivering essential maintenance, enhancement and operational services across the water, wastewater, gas, power and transport sectors. Operating from more than 95 regional depot bases and satellite offices across the UK, the business partners with the country’s major utility providers to deliver a broad range of planned and reactive services, including asset maintenance, capital project delivery and customer connections.<\/p>\n
Since its investment by OMERS, Network Plus has strengthened its operations, deepened client relationships and built significant momentum, positioning the business for its next phase of growth under Warburg Pincus’ ownership.<\/p>\n
