Interoute, the London, UK, based independent fibre networks and cloud networking company, has agreed to sell to US based GTT Communications.<\/p>\n

Jamieson advised Gareth Williams (CEO) and the senior management team, on the negotiation of terms with a number of bidders. After a competitive process GTT was the successful bidder and signed an agreement to acquire the business from Sandoz Foundation, the current majority shareholder, for $2.3bn.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhile the transaction was completed by a trade purchaser, the fact that there was a mix of trade and financial investors meant we had to plan for all eventualities.\u201d<\/p>\n
