Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised Mark Shashoua (CEO) and the management team of Hyve Group on the sale of the business from Providence Equity Partners and Searchlight Capital Partners to Hellman & Friedman (H&F).<\/p>\n

H&F\u2019s investment reflects Hyve\u2019s strong growth potential, underpinned by ongoing demand for premium B2B events and ecosystems which are central to Hyve\u2019s business model. In partnership with H&F, Hyve will focus on accelerating international launches, expanding adjacent products and services, and continuing to scale into growing end markets via its proven acquisition strategy.<\/p>\n

The acquisition is expected to complete by the end of the calendar year. Hyve has delivered three consecutive years of double-digit organic revenue growth and has expanded EBITDA beyond $100m.<\/p>\n

Stuart Coventry<\/a>, Stephen Maxwell<\/a>, Kenny Brodie<\/a> and Phillipa Hemphrey<\/a> advised Mark and the leadership team. Jamieson previously advised Mark and the team at the time of the take-private by Providence and Searchlight in
