Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the executive team of SMS Energy on the terms of their management incentive arrangements following KKR\u2019s creation of the Group through the combination of Smart Metering Systems, Smart Meter Assets and Horizon Energy Infrastructure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The transaction sees the combined Group manage more than 6 million meters across the UK, significantly expanding its core smart metering operations and strengthening its position in water infrastructure. It also enhances the Group\u2019s capacity to grow further into adjacent markets, including solar, energy storage, heat pumps and EV charging infrastructure. Geographically, it broadens the Group\u2019s footprint across the UK and supports the expansion of its innovative solutions into new regions and sectors, including Germany.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
