Jamieson has advised Steve Brown (CEO) and the management team of International Schools Partnership (ISP) in relation to the sale of a minority stake in the business from Partners Group to CVC.<\/p>\n

ISP was founded in 2013 and is now a leading group of over 100 international schools currently spanning 25 countries and educating thousands of students. The partnership with CVC is expected to drive ISP\u2019s growth strategy, focusing on high-quality education and long-term value creation for stakeholders<\/p>\n

Stuart Coventry<\/a>, Kenny Brodie<\/a> and Fionn Dillon Kelly<\/a> advised the management team on their equity arrangements and participation in the transaction.<\/p>\n

Jamieson also advised the ISP management team when OMERS acquired a minority stake in
