Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Keywords Studios on the take private of the group by EQT at an implied total enterprise value of \u00a32.2bn.<\/p>\n

Keywords Studios, founded in 1998 and headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, is a provider of technical services for the video game industry. The company operates through three service segments: Create, Globalize, and Engage, and has a workforce of 13,000 employees based across more than 70 studios in 25+ countries.<\/p>\n

Ian Jamieson<\/a>, Stephen Maxwell<\/a>, and Helen Briscoe<\/a> advised the management team on their investment in the new structure and the terms of the new management equity
