Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised Payam Taaghol (CEO), Mounir Ladki (President and CTO) and the management team on the transaction.<\/p>\n

The business was formed in 2014 through the merger of MYCOM and OSI forming a combined entity that provides technical assurance software and services to telecoms companies and enterprise networks. MYCOM OSI is headquartered in London and has over 250 employees in offices around the world.<\/p>\n

As part of the transaction, Clearlake Capital, which first invested in MYCOM in 2011, will exit its investment.<\/p>\n
