Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Ontic on the fund-to-fund acquisition by CVC Fund VIII, having previously advised the team on the original acquisition by CVC Fund VII from BBA Aviation in 2019. Alongside CVC continuing as the majority owner, Ontic is welcoming several new co-investors.<\/p>\n

David Kirkpatrick<\/a> and Alexander Wilson<\/a> advised Gareth Hall (CEO) and the wider management team on the new incentive plan arrangements.<\/p>\n
