Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of OCS Group on the implementation of its management incentive programmes in conjunction with investment from CD&R.<\/p>\n
Having acquired OCS Group in December 2022 and the UK, Ireland and Asia Operations of Atalian in February 2023, CD&R combined the businesses with the intention of creating one of the world\u2019s largest international facilities service providers. The new organization, operating under the OCS brand, has combined turnover in excess of \u00a32bn, employing more than 120,000 personnel worldwide and operating in 26 countries. Both organisations have a strong history of shaping the facilities services industry and a well-established track record of delivering high quality services across a range of sectors and industries to customers at a local, national and international level.<\/p>\n
