The company\u2019s story was initiated back in 2019 when Aurelius acquired ID.KOM. This was the cornerstone for a successful buy-and-build story leading to the firm as it stands today. An important part of connexta\u2019s success story, is the company\u2019s highly skilled and experienced management team around Jens Stief (CEO), Christian Schaub (Head of M&A) and Andreas Wagner (CFO). They managed to not only acquire and integrate local businesses into the group, but also to retain the founders of the targets and thereby cooperatively facilitate growth and innovation of the group.<\/p>\n
