Jamieson is delighted to announce that it has advised Stuart McLachlan (CEO) and the management team of the Anthesis Group (\u201cAnthesis\u201d) on the sale of the business to the Carlyle Group (\u201cCarlyle\u201d), with Palatine retaining a minority stake.<\/p>\n
Anthesis, which has achieved B Corp certification, has established itself as one of the largest groups of dedicated sustainability professionals globally, having experienced rapid growth across its global customer base and network in recent years, including the completion of 18 add-on acquisitions since inception. Anthesis has over 1,250 specialists across 39 offices in 22 countries.<\/p>\n
Jamieson have worked with the Anthesis founding shareholders for nearly 10 years and in 2021 ran the M&A process that secured investment from Palatine. This time round, Jamieson advised the management shareholders on their reinvestment and new incentive arrangements with Carlyle.
