Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Citrix Systems on its take private by Evergreen Coast Capital and Vista Equity Partners Management and concurrent combination with TIBCO Software.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1989 in Texas, Citrix Systems, Inc. is a multinational cloud computing and virtualisation technology company which provides its client with a simple and secure workspace software. Headquartered in Florida, Citrix Systems has over 9700 employees across 40 countries, supporting over 16 million users worldwide.<\/p>\n

Citrix Systems was taken private deal by Vista Equity Partners Management and Evergreen Coast Capital for $16.5b.<\/p>\n
