Jamieson is pleased to announce it has advised David Vafai (Founder and CEO) and the management team of bfinance on the buyout of the business from Baird Capital.<\/p>\n
Bfinance provides consulting and advisory services to financial institutions such as pension funds, insurance companies, endowments and sovereign wealth funds through offices across Europe, North America and Asia. The management buyout was backed by Beach Point Capital Management.<\/p>\n
