We are pleased to announce that we have advised the management team of Tricor on the sale of the business from Permira Advisers to Baring Private Equity Asia.<\/p>\n

Tricor is Asia\u2019s leading business expansion specialists, with 49 offices across 22 countries, over 3,000 employees, and more than 50,000 clients. It offers a range of services across accounting and payroll for MNCs and SMEs, corporate governance and secretarial services for both listed and unlisted companies, and investor and share registry services.<\/p>\n

Stuart Coventry<\/a>, Jack Yang<\/a> and Alison Dunning<\/a> advised the management team on the transaction.<\/p>\n
