Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Envirotainer on the acquisition of the business by EQT and Mubadala from Cinven.<\/p>\n

Envirotainer was established in 1985 and is headquartered in Sweden. The company provides air freight logistics services to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries and has the worlds largest fleet of cold chain temperature storage containers.<\/p>\n

Jamieson advised management on Cinven\u2019s 2018 acquisition of the business and was appointed to advise the Envirotainer team, led by CEO Peter Gisel-Ekdahl, on their terms as part of the 2022 transaction.
