The group will operate in excess of 350 practices, with more than 2,000 clinicians and more than 4,000 employees and provide dental care for over 1.5 million patients per year. The group currently operates in 5 European countries and has plans to further expand this in the near future.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\" style=\"box-sizing: inherit; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; widows: 2; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Roboto;\">The Dentex senior management team will be remaining with the new combined business with Barry Lanesman continuing as Dentex CEO and Nick Neto continuing as COO.
