Jamieson advised on the acquisition of BMA by TBAuctions which was run alongside the TBAuction sale process \u2013 3 acquisitions in 2 months.<\/p>\n

We see strong M&A trends across tech platforms and this in turn requires the need to structure management equity incentives capable of accommodating further equity investment and incoming managers from M&A acquisitions.<\/p>\n
