Jamieson is pleased to announce it has advised Martin Czermin (CEO) and the management team of Adamo Telecom on the acquisition of the business by Ardian Infrastructure from existing investor EQT.<\/p>\n
Adamo is the leading Spanish open access rural fibre-to-the-home platform. It is a pioneer of fibre broadband services, having become the first company to offer up to 1 Gb\/s services. Based in Barcelona and employing over 300 people, the company provides fixed broadband and mobile services to approximately 250,000 retail and wholesale customers.<\/p>\n
