Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised Rob Coupland (CEO), Brad Petzer (CFO) and the management team of Pulsant on its new equity incentive plan, as part of the sale from Oak Hill Capital Partners to Antin Infrastructure Partners.<\/p>\n

Pulsant is a hybrid cloud specialist, providing trusted cloud, colocation and networking services, to a loyal base of over 1,000 private enterprise and public sector customers. Pulsant owns and operates a portfolio of 10 data centres across seven cities in the UK.<\/p>\n
