Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of AOC on the sale of the business to Lone Star Funds from CVC Capital Partners.<\/p>\n

AOC is a leading global producer of resin chemistries for composites and cast polymer applications. AOC manufactures and formulates unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl ester resins, and other solutions for applications in Coatings & Protective Barriers, Colorants & Visual Effects, Adhesives, and Conventional Composite Resins. AOC serves customers in the automotive, marine, corrosion, construction, and infrastructure segments.<\/p>\n

Michael Sirkin<\/a>, Jonny Jones<\/a> and Jeffrey Wang<\/a> advised Joe Salley (CEO) and his management team on their reinvestment alongside Lone Star Funds, as well as the terms of the equity incentive program to be implemented in the new structure.<\/p>\n
