Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised co-founders Stephen Gallagher and Alastair Hill alongside the wider management team of Dotmatics with respect to their rollover investment and management incentive plan arrangements as part of the broader transaction process.<\/p>\n

Dotmatics is an industry leading cloud-based scientific R&D data management platform and is to be acquired by Insightful Science. Insightful Science is a privately held portfolio company of\u00a0Insight Partners<\/a>, the leading global venture capital and private equity firm investing in high-growth technology and software\u00a0Scale-Up\u00a0companies.<\/p>\n

UK based Dotmatics was founded in 2005 by\u00a0Merck & Co.\u00a0<\/a>scientists Stephen Gallagher and Alastair Hill. It provides software and technology to support drug discovery and development and counts leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies among its customers.<\/p>\n
