The transaction was announced on 21<sup>st<\/sup> December and recently completed.<\/p>\n<p>SRG has its foundations in the acquisitions of Miles Smith in 2018 and The Underwriting Exchange in 2019 by Pollen Street Capital. The business is positioned for further rapid organic and acquisition-based growth, having already signed deals to acquire GB Underwriting, KBIS and The Channel Partnership in the few weeks since HGGC was announced as the new majority shareholder.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cIn what was a very competitive and intensive process, Jamieson\u2019s involvement not only freed up considerable amounts of my time, but really helped to put structure around the transition of a complex set of management shareholding positions and drive an attractive outcome for all.
