Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Synagro Technologies, Inc. (Synagro) on the sale of the business to Goldman Sachs from EQT.<\/p>\n

Synagro is the leading provider of wastewater biosolids solutions in North America. Synagro provides essential biosolids solutions to more than 1,000 municipal and industrial customers across 35 states and provinces in North America. Synagro manages over 14 million tons of biosolids annually across its portfolio of 24 treatment facilities.<\/p>\n

Michael Sirkin<\/a>, Jonny Jones<\/a>, Evan Alper<\/a>, Ian Rosamilia<\/a> and Jeffrey Wang<\/a> advised Bob Preston (CEO) and his management team on their reinvestment into the new structure and the terms of the new MIP.<\/p>\n
