The transaction was valued at \u00a3538m.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\r\n<p>\u00a0\u201cJamieson were instrumental in negotiating and agreeing the incentive scheme on behalf of the Management team. Their support was unwavering throughout the entire process, and their knowledge and professionalism allowed us to achieve a very successful outcome for the team.\u201d<\/p>\r\n<p><em>Greg Mesch, CEO<\/em><\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/jamiesoncf.wpengine.com\/team\/andrew-cox\/\">Andrew Cox<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/jamiesoncf.wpengine.com\/team\/laura-yell\/\">Laura Yell<\/a> advised Chief Executive Greg Mesch, Chief Operating Officer Simon Holden and the senior management team on their investment in the new structure as well as the terms of the new management equity incentive.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CityFibre, which listed in 2014, is building its own fiber-optic broadband network in Britain, taking on national provider BT in selected towns and cities.
