Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Hyperoptic on the acquisition of a majority stake in the business by KKR from Newlight Partners and Mubadala Investment Company.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Ian Jamieson <\/a>and Laura Yell<\/a> advised Dana Tobak (CEO) and the rest of the management team on the sale process and their reinvestment into the new structure.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Founded in 2011 and headquartered in London, Hyperoptic provides fibre optic technology, delivering fibre-to-the-premises (FTTP), and fibre-to-the-cabinet (FTTC) to UK broadband market.
