Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Clyde Industries as part of the sale of the business to Wynnchurch Capital.<\/p>\n

Clyde Industries is the global leader in boiler efficiency solutions for a diverse set of end markets. Clyde Industries began focusing on this market in 1990 from their headquarters in Atlanta, GA and is the #1 global provider of soot-blowers to the pulp & paper markets and leading provider to the power, chemical, petrochemical, and biomass end markets. Clyde Industries provides equipment and a number of related aftermarket support services to clients in North America, South America, Scandinavia, and Indonesia.<\/p>\n

Mike Sirkin<\/a>, Jonny Jones<\/a>, Ian Rosamilia<\/a>, and Evan Alper<\/a> advised Dominick Garton (CEO) and his management team on the terms of the equity incentive program to be implemented in the new structure and their investment alongside Wynnchurch.<\/p>\n
