Jamieson Corporate Finance has confirmed that it has acted on behalf of the senior management of Tunstall Holdings Limited, Europe\u2019s leading manufacturer and provider of personal and home reassurance telecare products, throughout the acquisition by private equity firm Bridgepoint from HgCapital in a transaction totalling \u00a3225 million.<\/p>\n

As part of the transaction, Bridgepoint will combine Tunstall with the telecare division of Attendo Group, which was acquired by Bridgepoint earlier this year.<\/p>\n
