Jamieson has advised the shareholders of Independent Living Group (\u201cILG\u201d) on the sale of the business to Hermes Private Equity and the management team.<\/p>\n

ILG is a leading provider of residential care for adults with learning disabilities with a major focus on high quality of care. The group operates 43 homes located in Hampshire, East and West Sussex and Kent.<\/p>\n
