YO! Sushi is the clear\u00a0UK\u00a0market leader of Japanese conveyor belt restaurant groups, and is one of the most dynamic groups within\u00a0UK\u2019s fast casual dining sector. The business has expanded rapidly and currently has 30 restaurants in the\u00a0UK\u00a0and a successful and expanding international franchise network with 11 restaurants in the Middle East,\u00a0Ireland,Malaysia, and\u00a0Russia. YO! Sushi restaurants can now be found within some of the\u00a0UK\u2019s premium fashion and travel locations including Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Harrods,Heathrow\u00a0Airport, Paddington Station, Bluewater and the Trafford Centre. The transaction will enable\u00a0Robin Rowland\u00a0to accelerate the company\u2019s rollout plan, targeting 100 restaurants worldwide by 2012.<\/p>\n
