Jamieson has advised Maidstone Road Holdings Ltd, a Newco created by the incumbent management team of Icon Display Ltd (\u201cIcon\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) on its acquisition of 100% of the share capital of the Company.<\/p>\n

John Francis, who has been the Managing Director of Icon for over ten years led the existing management team of Keith Goodwin, Andrew Hodson and Sally-Ann Vine, and will see the team strengthened under the new ownership structure with the addition of incoming finance director Dave Weller.<\/p>\n

Icon is one of\u00a0Europe\u2019s leading providers of signage and branding solutions, from original design, through in-house production to on-site installation and project management. The Company services four key sectors: Exhibitions, Corporate, Commercial Property and Events. Particular success with large sports events such as the UEFA Champions League, Wimbledon and the\u00a0London\u00a0Olympic bid has seen the business grow strongly.\u00a0\u00a0This focus, along with further expansion of the Company\u2019s international operations will be core to management\u2019s ongoing strategy.<\/p>\n
