{"id":1287,"date":"2011-04-18T16:42:03","date_gmt":"2011-04-18T16:42:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jamiesoncf.wpengine.com\/?post_type=deals&#038;p=1287"},"modified":"2022-06-27T16:20:41","modified_gmt":"2022-06-27T16:20:41","slug":"the-mill-2","status":"publish","type":"deals","link":"https:\/\/jamiesoncf.com\/nl\/deals\/the-mill-2\/","title":{"rendered":"The Mill"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jamieson, the independent corporate finance boutique, is pleased to announce its role in advising the management team, led by Robin Shenfield and Pat Joseph, in conjunction with Barclays Private Equity\u2019s successful acquisition of The Mill.<\/p>\n<p>Robin and Pat founded the company, which provides digital visual effects for advertisements made for television, the internet, outdoor advertising and mobile devices, in 1990, and have been through a number of buyouts over the years. Michael Baulk retains his role as Chairman with Michael Wolfson continuing as finance director.<\/p>\n<p>The Jamieson engagement team was<a href=\"http:\/\/jamiesoncf.wpengine.com\/team\/stuart-coventry\/\"> Stuart Coventry<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/jamiesoncf.wpengine.com\/team\/john-greenland\/\">John Greenland<\/a>.
