Schrader a division of Tomkins has been sold to Madison Dearborn Partners LLC for $505m. Schrader manufactures tyre pressure monitoring systems, valve products and tyre hardware and related accessories for both original equipment manufacturers and aftermarket customers.<\/p>\n
