EmergeVest, the Hong Kong based private equity fund has acquired NFT Distribution from Phoenix Equity Partners.<\/p>\n

Jamieson Corporate Finance advised David Frankish (CEO) and the other senior managers of the company on the terms of their deal including their reinvestment terms alongside EmergeVest.<\/p>\n
