Following on from their role advising the management team of Vistra Group on their Acquisition by Baring Asia, Jamieson have advised Vistra Group on the acquisition of Orangefield Group by Baring Asia.<\/p>\n

Orangefield Group is a global full service provider of administrative, fund, corporate and management services with a strong focus of working for funds and multinational companies. The company has a strong business footprint in Luxembourg and the Netherlands, accounting almost 50% of the Company\u2019s total revenues in 2014.<\/p>\n
